Education Bursary.
As lifelong learners and continual innovators, we believe education is an essential right for everyone. At Cubicle Fugitive, we fully support our team in their quest for higher learning, better skills, and a healthier mind. To that end, we provide yearly stipends for courses and classes of interest and encourage a deep knowledge-share across departments.

Memberships and Conferences.
We strongly encourage our team members to be contributing members of our leading professional associations. We regularly provide financial support for membership dues and conference fees, as well as the time away from work to attend or volunteer.

Team Building Events and Seasonal Celebrations.
At Cubicle Fugitive, we all believe in working hard and keeping clients happy but that doesn't mean we don't like to have a little fun too. We have periodic team building events, birthday lunches, games nights, and the odd go-kart match. We may even have a slightly unhealthy obsession with playing board games at lunch.

Paid office closure.
We shut down over the holiday period and provide three-paid days in addition to the statutory holidays, making it a full-week. These days are in addition to three weeks' vacation.

Onsite Gym.
We provide an onsite gym with cardio machines and a private change room and shower so you don’t have to break the bank with an additional gym membership.

Cubicle Fugitive strongly believes in life-work balance, meaning flexible work arrangements when needed, the ability to work from home and the freedom to work around personal events.

Office Location.
We’re in the heart of downtown Hamilton, right off James St. North – the art, food, and entertainment center of the city. We have lots of great places to eat and are easily accessible to public transportation.

Casual.
We offer a very casual and friendly work environment on a daily basis. There’s no dress code, but we do require you to wear clothes.

We’re always looking at the market, and rather than paying as little as we can get away with, we value the experience and skills that each of our team members brings to the table and pay what is fair. We also evaluate salaries and bonuses regularly for all our team members.
