Following the brand strategy process, BD&J engaged with Cubicle Fugitive to design a new firm brochure. The focus of the brochure was on selling the firm, its process, and what to expect. The intent of the brochure is to help investigators sell the firm in person, following the initial intake call. This brochure was directed at clients, however was also handed out to non-competing lawyers, funeral homes, and other contacts in an effort to generate more referrals.

The brochure design features informative copy paired with compassionate photography to make a client feel at ease. Select words in the brochure headlines are highlighted in red to create emphasis and visual interest.
